Cancellation Policy – Kobo Sports

At Kobo Sports, we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched/shipped.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your Order ID.

2. After Shipment

  • Orders that are already shipped cannot be cancelled.

3. Cancellation by Kobo Sports

Kobo Sports reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product being out of stock
  • Errors in pricing or product details
  • Suspected fraudulent or bulk orders
  • Issues with payment confirmation

In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded in full.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: in all the cases, money will be refunded to the customer only after the receipt & proper inspection of the goods.
