Perfect for its purpose. The long straps allow for multiple wraps covering all areas where your wrist could bend during lifting. Protects my wrists like no other. You really do need the long, wrapping style straps if you want real protection... the gloves just don't do the trick. Also, the Velcro is big, strong, and doesn't make noise during heavy lifts. I've machine washed it too... still looks brand new. I lift four times a week and have used these straps for about four months. Truly, truly a quality product.

Good one ......just purchased by seeing reviews.....but now I'm reviewing this one hence .....it's better for a gym goer to lift weights like bench press or chest workout for better wrist support.......
NOTE: TRY TO DO WORKOUTS WITHOUT USING ANY WRIST SUPPORT IT WILL HELP UR RESISTANCE POWER TO GET INCREASE......if u r using these regularly it becomes as addiction that without the wrist support i cannot do the heavy workout ......
Lastly: if u want a good wrist band then go for it blindly......

It does what it is suppose to do and pretty well. Coz I’m almost as heavy as much the treadmill can take. So basically 5 stars for that. Coz bought this only after reading what reviews were available . For people looking for add on irrelevant features like lcd and stuff ... it’s not for them I guess.

Nice product. You will get much better bench with multipurpose facilities at lesser price but here main advantage is that it's foldable. It saves space and can be easily folded and kept it in corner after the work out. Assembly is also easy.
